I guess proofreading and proper grammar aren't highly looked upon in Ohio, huh?

the graphics are like that for a reason.
if you watched the developer diarys, you would had noticed that they has a massive discussion about this.
on the first ever trailer you can see that they made it photo-realistic. but more games are getting like that and they wanted to make a different/unique game
that would stand out from all the other first person shooters.
i think BRINK was a exceptional idea and SD and BS done an exceptional job.

just sayin...

Disgusting. How can you even post something like this with your head held high?

The game is fantastic, and it's running into the exact same problem Crysis 2 had -- a lot of gamers are simply determined to hate it.

Im glad I didn't buy this yet. I might buy it later and maybe if you really don't like this game trade it in or buy Homefront I know all the reviews are bad but the MP is great and all of the patches are out so buy it now.

And also +1 for BF3 to crush COD

Wow, so you're basing your entire opinion off somebody who doesn't seem to know what they're talking about? Who doesn't even "understand" the premise of the Campaign, and can't figure out how SMART works even though this is THE VERY FIRST TIME I've seen something negative said about it?

To many posts by the thread starter kinda make me not trully validate this thread.

So far, the praise this game is getting it's all from what i want from it: Team play and customization.

I'm confident their experience with RTCW will mean awesome team play.

So the graphics are terrible on top of all the other issues now? The forum is steering me away from the game rather than making me want to get it.

I agree with some of OPs points. The game is rather bland and repetitive IMO.

While this post in itself may be bending forum rules...
Guys, just don't worry about the OP. He is clearly fishing for responses and trying to get people riled up. The very fact that he is spitting out the exact same words over and over and even quoting posts only to state something that has absolutely nothing to do with what he quoted.

Honestly I'm not trying to troll or whatever but I agree with a lot of what was said in the OP. The game, to me, just feels in shambles. I'm really trying to enjoy it but there ends up just being something that detracts from that every time I turn around. Oh well, lesson learned I guess for getting myself hyped up for what turned out to be a pretty below average game.

Oh, Yeah so when I seen e3 and those bad ass graphics then went home put it in I almost wanted to brake the game it was so bad I mean black ops has better graphics. The graphics on the website showing movement on shipyard looks nothing like the xbox 360 graphics not even close.

You can defend this game all you want but when it comes down to it the game graphics are horrible.
Frontline fuel of war graphics would be the best one to compare to and that came out 5 years ago...

I tried to like this game. But, so many problems with it.
I'm saying the exact same thing because its true. Once you buy it and play tell me what you think...
If your wanting this game wait for price drop.. in 2 weeks.

I find it highly amusing someone can say this game is utter crap while another says it's really darn good
Still on the rocks whether I should get it or not though.

It sickens me that we live in the same state. Graphics don't make the game, and if you would actually look things up you would realize that the graphics for the 360 only look like crap because of a glitch that will be fixed. Which is why it looks great on PS3 and PC. Also, "gay ass COD"? Seriously? Please, consider maturing a bit before posting on a forum if you want to be taken seriously.

Oh being a big tough guy are you now? I'm stating facts.
- You wanna know what game is better Halo 2! by far. At least that game had a great MP, Teamwork, CTF, Objective games, Swat, BTB. Better Graphics. Oh Game of the year.

Sorry but Graphics make a game appealing to play.
Its 2011 the graphics in this game shouldn't look like crap thats all on the Devs.

Brink is one of the worst games I have ever bought. I hate Cod, thought this was different it was different.... alright plain out bad!

But you have fun playing it you can love it I'm just telling people that haven't bought it to not waste there money. Pre order Battlefield 3 not this.
Rent it then you can thank me in the long run!

This is crazy!. Brink is coming out on friday for us in the UK. But i have to say....is the game that BAD!!?
This game really does have a lot of mix views. to me its feels like you either love it or hate it kind of game. I’m still getting this game no matter what, i will judge for myself.

I’ve seen people saying "AHHH ITS TOO REPETITIVE!!" but so is all the cod, battlefield games. Capture the headquarters, capture the flag and so so! Same S***! so i don’t feel that’s a valid argument.
LAG! well that’s very popular in fps online nowadays. Only time will tell if the developers will patch it up. i really feel patients is in order. The game just came out bout two days ago!

If everyone had patients on waiting on homefront why cannot it be the same for brink. And homefront was a complete broken game! Don’t get me wrong, fun game but broken.

I just feel that as brink is a fresh fps shooter alot of y'all jumping on it first hand when an error pops up. And it looks like alot of people don’t really understand how the game is meant to be played or now what the games about.

i see someone write " Smart is not Smart. You have to tap the button for it just to work. " Are you serious!......ok. just run around and the computer will automatically jump for you....come on! really!.

So far the only two problems I’ve heard for me are short campaign and level up too fast. I don’t really agree with short campaigns but looks like its all the fashion with current fps nowadays. And the levelling up, was really hoping brink would make players work for their achievements which could be a bit disappointing for me. but hey will see when i get the game.

And if your on the graphics well.......homefront's not the best is it? nor is Black Ops and I’m a COD fan.

I will get the game and give it some time
