I agree with everything the OP stated except for one, if you don't buy Skyrim for ANY reason

I'm not experiencing the issues on my 360...that said...I would still give them a week. I gave GOW and COD a week to deal with their lag. That initial GOW lag was brutal but they knocked it out in a day or 2...

Things like this happen all the time! They just need to adress the problems. And the way I see it, you shouldn't judge what future games would be like because inside the company it's divided into different teams working on different things.

I read this through several times and no matter how I tried to look at it, it still sounds like, reads like and smells like a petition. Maybe it's the bit about "if you agree vote"

Never the less, since we don't allow petitions of any kind for any thing...I'm closing this.
