18 under within the Three Nebulae. These are skill constellations, such as Destruction and Two-Handed. The Firmament, minus the Guardians, remains as it was. That's my impression, but maybe SteveMeister knows...

Destruction - Mage
Alteration - Apprentice
Conjuration - Atronach
Restoration - Ritual
Illusion - ?
Enchanting - ?

Marksman - Thief
Security - Tower
Sneak - Shadow
Speechcraft - Lover
Light Armor - ?
Alchemy - ?

The skills aren't represented by Firmament constellations. These are new constellations, apart from the old Firmament constellations.
