Do we know about nagas from any other sources than the Argonian Account?

Actually, IIRC, there was a semi-canon roleplay thread with some devs a while back (I think the Imperial Library has a transcript... somewhere) detailing parts of Black Marsh. Something about Nagas being able to puff themselves up like a balloon, and having black eyes.

That's all I can think of.

I heard a rumor they did a real number on Port Telvannis and Necrom. Someone even suggested their high chieftan challenged the Bonewalker remains of Indoril Nerevar to a poetry contest, and now wears his fingers as a necklace.

I got this information from an old hooded Khajiit so it may or may not be a lie. He stank of skooma.

Eh...even if it were all saved somewhere, which is unlikely, it went on for an extremely long time and would fill at least one large sized novel.

You can find summaries of the chapters at the site linked, but I don't think the original texts survive (unless one of the players kept copies). A cursory glance will reveal that the vast majority of it is cannot be regarded as lore in any sense of the word. However, some concepts that came up in it were eventually incorporated into lore - the marriage of Helseth and the young Dres' more progressive outlook, notably. The Trial is a whole other beast.
