Friends, family, and enemies

will this be more prevalent in TES5?
in tes 4 there was only how much people liked you...so in tes5 will their be a more solid feel to it...for example: if you compliment someone they start to be your friend, adn then by talking and/or working with that person the bond builds.

same way with enemies: you slap someone, call them a donkey's rear end, and then they gradually hate you more and more, until eventually they start to plot violence or theft against you.

I think something similar like this is already in the game. When I read about the radiant AI and story, it sounded a bit similar to this.

Well, if you will end having enemies, I hope there is a more logic way than you bulling them until they hate you :P . Yes,I would like to have a more deep relationship handling in Skyrim.
