I read something at the Imperial Library from Michael Kirkbride that said he was mostly based off of Gilgamesh.

All it means is that people can't be bothered to use the search function, much less click back a few pages to the last time we had this topic. It is also indicative of our general inability to just roll with the flow and take Tamriel as its own thing rather than an extension of the world we already know.

Well, nothing else is going on in the lore section! Plus, people need to somehow learn that the dunmer aren't just based off of native Americans, or something similar. A lot of these races contain lots of cultural influences, that it becomes wholly ignorant to say "x race is y culture" almost ever other week.

Its like a fruitsallad. A bit of everything!
