PS3 Users-Will we ever play online?

At the rate Sony is going, it doesn't look like it. And I'm getting really frustrated with the AI...

I remember the days where I would turn on my PS3 and see that "signed in" notification on the top right corner...good times :touched:. Would use it as a good training opportunity though to figure out what play-style and weapon I would be most comfortable with and all.

exactly. get that experience so when psn is up we'll be ready.. I personally think PS3 won't have online issues and I will have major fun online, compared to single player mode.

I'm not frustrated by the fact the the outage occured. I'm frustrated by it's continuation, week after week, with no indication of when it may be back up. Will it be up next week? Next month? In October? In May 2012? Drop a hint, Sony.

I told a friend that Brink had the worst A.I. I'd experienced this generation. I like Brink, but the A.I. is fumbling, sloppy, and worthless. In single player, I feel like it might as well be only me on my team, since I'm the only one who seems to attempt objectives or even kills. When I attempt an objective which takes a while, like hacking, my team will sometimes lose since my team, even if they're all beside me, will fail to defend me. If one of my A.I. comrades attempts an objective, we will very likely win since the attacking bots fall like dominoes to any decent human player.

PSN is still at least a few days away from coming back online, but I haven't got the game yet and that too is at least a few days away.
I don't mind leveling up with bots, I think the fun will really begin when in a few weeks time the game has been updated to deal with whatever issues arose after the release, and when the online community has come to grips with the game.

Yea, I just can't stand these AI. I really wish SONY would stop handing out unrealistic ETAs. Hopefully by the end of this week we'll have the gaming portion back...

I'll all mostly used to it now. I was bored of my game collection when it went down.

What's funny is that, yes the AI blows, but not as medics. The AI medics are INCREDIBLE and make me laugh at times after seeing how much dedication they can have in order to revive you. One medic traveled over 50 meters to revive me even though he died in the process.

What's even more funny is that the AI medics are WAY better than their human counterparts. Sadly the majority of human medics are worthless.

That's all the goods things I can say about the AI.
