When I first saw Brink back in 09 I thought it looked amazing. The objective wheel, smart, and so on. So when I first saw reviews on the game before I had it, I didn't care really. I knew what this game was. It is no more then an objective based game that it succeeds at. I didn't compare it to CoD, Halo, etc, I knew this game had a great foundation to build off of for future projects.

I started playing the game two days ago and to me this game is what it was advertised for. An objective based game that is fun. Of course the game has problems, all games have them. The game is no way going to win awards, what it will get is the start of something new and refreshing. The game will be credited for being a team oriented game.

Brink isn't the first game from Splash Damage, maybe they should have done better. For their first real IP, it's not a bad start. And for being their first game on 360, it's good. The game has lag, which can be fixed and other minor issues. I don't care though, this game is what it is. An objective based game that is fun.
