Can i get some Lore on Telboth please?

Post » Tue Apr 26, 2011 9:54 am

I know were they are from and only this "Telboth who prey on children, take their place in the family, and eventually murder all of the family members."
So does that mean that they only drink children blood or go deeper into the meaning of "prey on children"? Aslso with the taking their place in the family, does that mean they look like children?

I need more info LOL

Thank you

If it's a vampire, the only book detailing vampires is "Immortal Blood."

Otherwise, nothin', other than it sounds like a German folk-tale or something.

I think that passage from Immortal Blood is all we have to go on. However, I would venture to say that they drink any persons blood, and that they do appear to be child-like. Unless they shapeshift. Or target children who resemble them.

Maybe they assemble the child's apperance and then wait a few years(Pretending to be the children) and then kill the family. Sounds like body snatchers to me. Funny thing is, in Daggerfall there is a holiday that commemorates a day when children were stolen by vampires.

You can always use the other vampire we know about: The Quarra, the Aundae, The Berne of Morrowind. Or the Selenu and the Montalion as well as the other clans from Daggerfall. The Order from Cyrodiil and others too.

Was thinking of going with the Quarra but know little about them and are they able to come over to places like lets say Skyrim for example?

I'm sure the Quarra can travel to other provinces, but it would be much taxing since they cannot walk in sunlight. But remember if a member of the Quarra met with a Volkihar, things would be difficult. Many clans have different cartel agreement and feeding terms, i.e. "Don't feed on my boundaries and we won't have a problem" but since the Volkihar is known to be highly paranoid and cruel, I doubt they will tolerate a member of a different clan other than themselves. Don't think a Quarra can go to Cyrodil without gaining an immediete death warrant upon being discovered by the Order. We all know the Order don't take **** from other clans.

Quarra, Berne, and Aundae are Vvardenfell's native vampire clans. They were featured in Morrowind, and they cannot gain resistance to sunlight by feeding enough.

Here's a book on the Quarra for you: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Incident_in_Necrom

They do not appear human at all and they do not walk in sunlight no matter how much they fed.
