I pre-ordered from gamestop and a while later I remember the doom pack so I look in my ba and nothing! No code just the book! Did they not give it to me or do I have to do something?

I always keep my receipts behind the booklet. It takes 5 seconds to put it there and I can completely forget about it unless I need it for something. It's a nice just-in-case practice that can help you in situations just like this

mine was on the receipt, they highlighted it for me, was around 20 letters long.

Trust me, your not missing anything not getting the Doom pack. Just a bunch of useless skins that are quite ugly.

Mine was on the receipt as well. They circled it for me when I pre-ordered. For future reference, most pre-order content will be delivered this way...either printed on receipt or given to you another way. Rarely will you have something inside the game packaging itself UNLESS the box is a "special edition" or "limited edition" copy.

Agreed...you aren't missing out on much. The only plus is early access to the bullpup designed assault rifle, which is just a reskinned version of the one that you unlock early on in the game anyway.

You might be able to get another if you explain it to them and ask for another.

Though it lets you use the Bulpdaun without unlocking it. Not that it's a whole lot to go on about, but it's something.
