OMOBs Help

I couldn't find the OMOBs topic even after using search so I'll just post this here.

I have the game, official DLC & plugins, OBMM, OBSE, Wrye Bash, and BOSS. I want to install FCOM, but after reading the topic on it, I learned I need to install other mods in the proper order first. The first on the list was the Unofficial Patch. I installed it and then used BOSS. It then gave me advice underneath the patch it had reordered in the BOSS Log.

?Note: Use Standalone MOBS if using Frans or OMOBS if using FCOMOOO. Both versions can be found here: http://www.tesnexus....le.php?id=28537
?Note: Recommend installing UOP Supplemental for additional fixes: http://www.tesnexus....le.php?id=27710
?Bashed Patch tag suggestion: {{BASH:Actors.AIData,Actors.AIPackages,Actors.CombatStyle,Actors.DeathItem,Actors.Stats,C.Climate,C.Light,C.Music,C.Name,C.Owner,Creatures.Blood,Delev,Factions,Invent,Names,Relations,Relev,Scripts,Stats}} and remove the C.Water tag (only exist in older version).

I plan on using FCOM and OOO so this seemed like a problem. So, then I uninstalled the original patch and went to the OMOBs page, but I read the description and I'm not even sure what it is. It comes with a version of the patch I need to run FCOM is all I understand. Will OMOBS "new weapon balance system" interfere with other mods I wanted to use along side FCOM later? Like Deadly Reflex for example. Also, if their is an OMOBs version of the patch meant for FCOM. What about the SI patch, official plugin patches, or the patch supplementals? Thanks for reading. Just a lot of factors I'm trying to take into account, but help would be appreciated.

Nothing much to it. Here's http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1059765-rerelzmobs-medieval-oblivion-equipment-balance-system-rerelz/. As OOO uses OMOBS it's recommended for FCOM to get more congruent stats. OMOBS only changes stats on weapons so works fine with Deadly Reflex, which doesn't touch those. Also, you can Import Stats from OMOBS into the Bashed Patch and keep the OMOBS esp(s) unchecked to save a slot or two.

Okay, thank you for your help. Do you know if OMOBS comes with the patches for the DLC and plugins also or do I need to download the original versions of those?

MOBS is the closest you can get for some of the DLCs. I'm on the iPhone right now so tedious to hyperlink, but google FCOM wiki and check there for more info/download links.
