Magicka stuck exactly 50 below max

Hey everyone it's me again, with another problem I just can't figure out. I recently used the unnoficial Oblivion pact to fix some bugged attributes and rather stupidly just tried to be safe and fix magicka too. Well needless to say this resulted in a permanent deficite of 50 magicka, which I cannot seem to fix
(as a side note when I try to go back into the restore broken attribute menu it no longer appears on this character, I even uninstalled then rein-stalled the UOP and the menu is still broken)

I am using v2, and unfortunately I tried that already =/ It just goes up and remains 50 below my maximum, then goes back down and remains 50 below maximum when I re-enable it.

Are you using Wrye Bash? That load order seems way out of whack. Use BOSS too.

Streamline loads earlier now using BOSS.

Those mods loading after the patch would normally be before using BOSS. You also have both script silencers loaded. I thought you were only supposed to use one or the other.

I only recently became aware of perm enchant mods. Do those two enhanced/restore work together?

The UOP stat fixing script uses the ModAV command. This is a pretty bad idea, because the way it adjusts your stats is unconventional. UOP seems to be pretty careful about it, though, and when the script was written I think it might have been the only way to go about it. Anyway, clearly it backfired this time.

What you need to do (most likely) is clear the 'script' modifier for your magicka stat. This requires you to have OBSE v19, and enter the following into the console:
player.SetAVMod Magicka Script 0

Caveat - I'm not sure if nGCD or your other mods adjust the script modifier for their own purposes. They probably shouldn't - it leads to problems like this - but you may want to consult their docs first.

Can I ask what was wrong with your magicka in the first place (i.e. what led you to use the UOP fix for it)? You can probably take care of that it the console too.

I don't think ngcd runs any scripts, but that might have changed in the recent realese. I used the fix magicka function because it seemed way off (and is was, to be fair), but I resolved the issue. I will give this a go and see if it works real quick. Also on a side note, ITPaladin, I am using BOSS to sort my load order and I beleive it is different for me because I run FCOM. Uhm currently only one script effect silencer is on, bash just displays the other for no good reason lol. And of course I use bash, trying to run FCOM without it is just suicidal =p and yes I beleive those two enchant mods are completely compatable (in fact I think they are part of the same mod)

Dude, nGCD is almost nothing but scripts. v2 doesn't even use any helper spells. ;)

But anyway, it makes no use of the ModAV command and will never cause that sort of problem.
