I'm no expert on 360's, but I'm pretty sure the game is loaded onto the RAM, not the harddrive.
It's not about where it's loading to, it's where it's loading from, loading from the hard drive will be faster then loading from a DVD. With the exception of using Swap/Virtual Memory all loading will be placed on the RAM, and as I don't believe any of the consoles use Swap or Virtual Memory then yes, it should all be on RAM, but it's the from that matters in this case, not the too. That Said I don't have an X-Box 360 and don't intend to get one, but I just happen to be an Expert in computing.
