More gray areas would be great. Some black and white things, but mostly gray since that is how the world works. Would add a lot to immersion as well.
Imagne if you could choose to have the people se you as a hero, praising you, but you had to do something bad. If you do the right thing people won't know what to think or even hate you. Then you really have to think about what you do.
