Ah, didn't know about the Green Pact's stance on non-Bosmers. I know that trade happens, I think I read that Bosmers are ok with importing wood from other provinces and using that because it doesn't break the pact itself.

But I was speculating on humans LIVING there, as the post above mine asked. As we find humans living in Argonia, I don't see why we wouldn't see them in Valenwood either.Your comment/correction about the Green Pact was good though, didn't know that.

They've traded with humans, and they only enforce the Green Pact among themselves. The Green Pact has no 'rules for infidels,' if that's your question. However, the border between Valenwood and Cyrodiil is likely tense, with the Dominion in the ascendent.

I'd question that. A few mentions of Bosmer/Khajiit hostilities revolve around Elsweyr sending in logging parties.
