At 1:32 Looks like a Dark brotherhood quest,He is in sneak mode, Has a Hood much like the Armour you get when you join the DB Anybody Think It is?

2:54 is the end of the video... If you're referring to the brief clip they showed of the hooded dude slipping a knife into someones neck, that's probably a DB quest.

but anyways im hoping assassins would have more armors like the one from DB, so hopefully its just one of the armors assassins would wear . . . i dont see why it has to be a DB quest

Perhaps, it kind has that leathery texture, like the armor your receive when you enter the Brotherhood.

When the dude is stealthing through the dwemer ruins I think that is part of a assassin quest line.

The trailer ends at 2:54.

If you're reffering to the assassination in a bar, it just looks like generic stealth armour doing a stealth kill. Could be anything. Not necessarily DB.

I think I know the clip you mean, and I'd say it's rather hard to tell. Certainly, it looks like its an assassination, but without knowing the context of the killing, and the person doing it could well be in the dark brotherhood, but without knowing the context of the killing, it's impossible to say if it's actually a part of a Dark Brotherhood quest, or really any quest, or just the player killing some random person to demonstrate sneak attacks.

Not all assassins' are Dark Brotherhood's own.

That's a little broad to make such a huge assumption. That's like saying, "Hey! That guys has an axe! This is definitely a Fighters Guild quest!". I mean, it's possible? Like I said, we don't really know so..
