On PC, I'd probably score it as an 9 just from a slight lack of content and linear gameplay (it's rated as a multiplayer game and only has 8 maps, regardless of how they play, also, the maps are almost entirely chokepoints, and breaking chokepoints gets boring after awhile).
On console, I would definitely score it around a 5.5-6. The game is just not polished enough and they treat Brink like a PC game. Consoles NEED lobbies, as it's incredibly inconvenient to go inviting friends to a game just so you can party up. Also, there were really small things as well as things that were not so small (the lag, for instance. I did not experience anything of the sort on PC).
