So I plan on getting the game from Gamefly but I was wondering which system I should get it for. Anyone see both versions yet? Any noticeable differences?
On another note, I can get Brink for $35 from Gamefly (keep it option) but Gamestop is selling used copies for $55. On top of that if I return the Gamestop copy the next day they only give me $23. WTF!
Seeing as how PS3's online network is still down and their ability to keep their network working in the future is now in question I'd say the obvious choice is the 360.

Actually PSN is now up in almost all of the US, and will be completely up soon enough. I suggest PS3, graphics are better, and apparently 360 online is really laggy.
At present, I've heard there are more bugs on the 360 than I've seen on my PS3 copy. Although there have been (very rare) comments about people finding similar bugs on PSN.
I haven't had a chance to see how well the online works yet (obviously), but I'd vote PS3 on the grounds of (so far) less problems.
Give it time and they should be fairly even though - best option really is to consider which console you're better with. Most people have a preference for which controller they use for different types of games.
Usually I'd say 360 for an MP-focused game (even though I don't own the console) due to the naturally better quality of xBox Live, and the fact that 360 has nicer shading/contrast than the PS3 from what I've seen of screenshots... but overall it looks like 360 drew the short straw on release quality, so PS3.

I've never noticed a difference in ability from one system to another but I could understand where that would be a consideration.
xbox textures and lag are horrible right now, should be addressed in patch but honestly Id hold off on purchasing till you hear the good word on the update. ps3 looks to atleast be better in the texture department and probably lag as of now. After patch, im hoping for smooth, seamless, online
