since he is retired from modding your best bet is to post on Nexus under the mod that you have a question about.
Otherwise post in a thread like this and hope that he does a vanity search in a month or two.

Hey guys!
It was actually one of ITPaladin's email that prompted me to regularly check TesNexus and this forum.
I actually don't mind supporting my mods - albeit in a very minimal way.
Hopefuly, it helps those that use them.
Tejon's new nGCD may tempt me back into Oblivion.
