Nvidia or AMD?

Probably Nvidia. Always of highest quality and always pushing the limit. When it comes to CPUs I get AMD.

either one, nvidia is great for physX games, but in the case of elderscrolls it wont matter, we are going to have havok.
this is a custom build?
id go amd, they can run a bit quieter.

Really now? Because AMD sells unlocked CPUs for about.... $30 more than locked ones. I think this is a case of Intel price gouging its customers and them being sheep and going BAA BAA and buying them.

Regarding PSUs: Pay a bit of extra money and just get an 850W or something. Don't skimp on the PSU, better to overestimate.

Price gouging, "Intel ego fee", whatever. Basically, yes, they are bending them over and.....well you know. If the market with bare it, charge it!! That seems to be anthem for Intel. (And others.)

Welcome to capitalism!

Not knowing exactly what PSU is in there or the specs, it is hard to say how much GPU it can handle.

I'd look at the HD 6870 [as low as $190AR] or the HD 6950 1GB [as low as $215AR] if you feel your PSU can handle it [...or you get another one], the 11.4 drivers are excellent and MLAA seems to work well with past Gamebryo based games for me.
