Well, i have looked around on several website's, to find a solution to my problem. My problem is that when i opened my game ( i pre-ordered it too ) it did not come with a DLC code for the Spec op's. I was wondering how many other people this has happened to?

I picked it up from best buy -didn't even pre order- and had a fallout pack code with it. Did you check all the papers inside the cover by the booklet?

Hmm wish I could be of more help but I chose digital version form steam and didn't even need a code for the pre-order goodies. They were all there when I installed.
Have you tried contacting customer support at bethesda?
Being that they're the publishing company they'd be first line of contact for that type of issue.
