What's going on? If I have no one to play with, and I'm not in a party, no one talks in the game chat. I'm thinking there's NO GAME CHAT at ALL! Bethesda, or Splash Damage, if you're listening. Fix this!

There is, you have to go to freeplay and make sure the setting have "VoIP" set to on, by default it's not on.
