Well you are up for a challenge at least when it comes to dungeons, as recall is almost essential on Daggerfall.
I would also put at least 80 in both agility and speed with a build like that, to get as fast attack speed as possible, and I would recommend you to take the questions after the building manually so you can get the ebony blade as a gift from the emperor.
Apart from that it looks good sort off, at least for what you are aiming for.
But as already mentioned dungeon's can get a bit problematic if you get lost, so I recommend having a save right inside the dungeon in front of the entrance, so that if you get lost you can find your way out that way.

Well, what you saw was the stuff I put in at char generator, with the random luck roll, they both went up to 80, and then I moved speed up to 90, and agility a bit higher. By level 3 speed will be 100, and by level 5, agility will be 100, then I will focus on luck to 100. And then personality.

In that case it looks good. Just remember the ebony dagger and you should do fine :goodjob:

I had a character very similar to this, a no-magic thief. That was a great character, very rewarding to be able to go through the main quest even without magic. Just a suggestion though: you need climbing! Since you can't levitate, climbing and jumping are going to be your only ways of getting around certain areas.

Also, you may run into a bit of a bug by taking "no magic in light/darkness" AND "lower magic in light/darkness"; sometimes taking lower and none at the same time freaks the game out, as it doesn't know which to give you. I had a character whose magicka meter just flickered between full and empty whenever he was in light because of this. Very annoying.

And a bit more strength might be nice, as you're sticking to short blades and their damage potential is a bit low. Wouldn't say no to archery either, for magicy opponents that are better to kill from a distance.

Otherwise, stick to it! Recall isn't necessary, nor is any magic at all. And climbing/jumping around instead of levitating is a lot of fun.
