Is there a sigil stone mod like this?

I've been playing through oblivion for the first time in ages the last few days, and in closing the Kvatch gate, I was reminded of one of the things I never cared for in vanilla Oblivion -- but I can't seem to find a mod to fix it in a way that seems natural to me. Historically, I save and then compulsively reload when picking up sigil stones to make sure I get one that's actually useful, and then of course have to deal with low-level sigil stones later on. I know there's a mod that lets you select which sigil stone you get from a list when you close a gate, but that seems immersion-breaking to me, and still doesn't solve the issue of the leveling problem. I was thinking that it would be great if, instead of getting a particular type of sigil stone (with a quality and specific attributes), if instead you got just a generic, qualityless and typeless "a sigil stone" from closing a gate, and then, double-clicking upon it (at whatever time) would show a list of all available sigil enchantments, scaled to your current level which could then be applied to a piece of equipment. So, basically, rather than having the stone's attributes determined at time of removal from the gate, having them determined at time of usage instead.

Is there a mod like that? ;)

Midas magic and quest award leveler?

1st one has a machine that can be used to change the attributes of a sigil.

Second one levels up quest rewards as you level.

Well usually the best place to ask questions is the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1133832-mod-detectives-118/ thread. Really great thread that fields questions like this so that we forum users don't have 5 post threads littered about with people asking only about one kind of mod.

Go to Nexus and search the word sigil - look for the one called sigil stone selector, but there are other variants - I believe there is one that caters to OOO and even an unleveled variant (what I use).

Short answer: To my knowledge, no, there's no such mod. There are a couple that provide a much wider variety of enchantments, though: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7341 is really nice - it adds several levels above Transcendant, as well as different types (like Paladin stone, which has Turn Undead and a couple other things), and http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=28070 (I use the Adjusted version), which makes stones unlevelled. Between them, you get a whole lot of really good stones, with a chance of getting something more powerful at a lower level.

Actually I agree with Walker, But really I use several mods for Sigil stones - unleveled + LAME and SM both touch them as I recall.

The Sigil Stone Selector is an active mod and I chose the one reliant on OOO, but still the stats that LAME has are the strongest. It does not let you choose the exact stone only narrows the list down if which to choose. And my memory is vague on this but I believe that the unleveled plays a part in this too ... I'd have to dig up the thread though - and no it is gone.
