Well, it depends on whether we're talking "best race in lore," or "best race in game mechanics."
If it's the former, then I feel my sentiment still stands; the Yokudans and by proxy the Redguards have a history of violently powerful sword-wielding that others would be hard-pressed to match.
If it's the latter, then generally speaking all races will eventually make a great warrior character. Some races will be better or worse for a warrior class in one game over another, as the racial bonuses are altered and rebalanced in each game. So determining which is best for a warrior class will largely factor in the slight advantage of starting attributes and racial bonuses, coupled with large quantities of subjective personal opinion.
