Grand Hall House

So I'm pretty bored at work, and I was thinking about what house I'd like my character to live in if I had the skill to mod (not sure if I do or not...never made a mod, and I likely don't have the skill for this :flamed: ).

Here's what I've come up with so far:

Foyer:
Entering the hall (house), the character would find themselves in a foyer, with stairs running up to the second floor walkway on either side, and an open archway to go into the main hall. Perhaps a couple guards posted just in case something bad follows you inside :)

First Floor, Main hall:
This rather large room would have display cases and manikins along the walls (manikins would be recessed into the walls to avoid collision) to showcase collected armor and weapons. The room would be brightly lit, most likely by chandeliers. The center of the room would have large banquette tables with food (or perhaps containers the look like food, again to lessen the collision issues). No thrones or anything like that, my character isn't THAT stuck up. Paintings and windows at regular intervals, doors on the left and right going to the magic and kitchen areas. The ceiling would be open to the second floor walkway.

First Floor, Magic Room:
Everything a magic user would need. Self sorting alchemy storage, enchanting and spell making alters, potion and scroll storage. A few manikins to display magical robes and whatnot, an upright display cabinet for staves would be cool, and a summoning apparatus to summon monsters to practice your spells on.

First Floor, Kitchen:
Typical kitchen setup. Respawning food on shelves, wine racks, etc etc.

Second floor walkway:
This area would have additional small display cases (think jewelry or daggers) along with bookcase containers. Wall hangings, windows and a few paintings scattered about. Area lit by torches, plus some extra spill lighting from the chandeliers. Doors on left and right to personal quarters and storage / training room room.

Second floor, Personal quarters:
Typical stuff here...some drawers, jewelery boxes, a bed. Perhaps a washbasin that removes diseases (cause being clean is important!)

Second Floor, Storage/Training:
Nice sized room with labeled chests: Normal Armor, Enchanted Armor, Normal Weapons, Enchanted Weapons. Swords and bow racks, with a respawning container with arrows (like..10 max). One of those hanging training dummies would be cool, and also an anvil that increases Armorer skill by a small amount (5 or 10).

So...what do you all think? Is there anything like this that's out there, or should I crack open the construction tool and figure out how to build it myself?
