With Onra's recent release of his Tamriel mod ( http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1141640-tamriel-worldspace-modding-project/ ) I thought it would be a great idea to expand in some of the culture of Tamriel a bit by making a concert hall that has classical music concerts. It would be a great addition to High Rock which I have always assumed, because of the Bretons, is a type of culturally based society that is into the arts like music, poetry, and etc.

Now I am hoping that somebody will help me with this by doing the things like scripting; I can do the concert hall it self and the exterior stuff. I was also hoping that maybe somebody could make the instruments and some animations for people playing them.
