For some reason a helmet is stuck on my characters head, I think it's called The Jesse (I'm not sure) I cannot remove it or select any other head or facial option, it's completely stuck. Any help?

are you definitely in the "Hair & Headware" section and not the "Face Coverings" section?

Probably this.

Go to "Face Gear" option - some items in that section prevent you from selecting any of the "Hair and Head Gear" options.

Also, the Jesse is a hat, not a helmet.

There is one helmet that has a mask covering your character's face, so it's classed as "Face Gear" instead, it's probably that.

It's not this, i only said the jesse hat because i actually can't tell what it is, since i can't select another helmet or facial option. I have literally set every facial & head-hair option to "Nothing" & it's still stuck

I've had this problem, the shield helmet was glue'd to my characters head, I basically just re-chose it then chose another item (Don't forget to let it load before selecting it!) and my character's face was no longer locked. I don't really know what causes it, but it wasn't permanent for me.

What does it look like?

Full face visor? Half visor? gasmask-looking thing over the face? Or something else?

Just trying to work out what it is.

I'm really not sure why it would be happening, but maybe working that out could help someone identify the problem... Particularly if the post above with a suggested fix helps - you'll just need to work out what item is stuck.
