My rig is similar so I'm saying yes. I run at ultra 50-60 fps.

aww, if that's so why can I only run the game at high, and my framerate drop down to 20 to 35 when i enter big areas like the strip or some parts of the mojave wasteland? I'm using the d3d9.dll too. tried various fixes i'm able to find but still doesn't help. I updated my drivers too and it doesnt help. The stuttering is getting really very annoying. I'm figuring it might be the ini. tweaks. Possible to post yours up? Thanks :)

I'm not saying it *never* drops to say, 30 for a second or two but since the patch I was able to drop the dll fix.
Did you try it post patch without the dll?

Ps. A guy sent me some .ini tweaks you can try. I'll pm it to you later. I haven't yet but I may try later. I'm a stickler for quality though if it makes it look bad, I'm not going to use it.

Yea I hate looking at bad textures too, trying not to turn down the settings unless i REALLY have to. Already tried without the dll fix, still the same problems though

.ini tweaks!
LoL
Just disable vsync - how about that, to start?
If you wish to run vsync, your frames must never drop below 60fps (minimums).
So 99/100 people should not be running vsync, heheh...
Also, setup the nVidia Control Panel properly - no forced settings (AA, AF, vsync etc.) and set to high-performance.
Then disable vsync from the game launcher.
With the new patch, new nVidia drivers, no vsync and your rig configured properly, you could get smooth play at Ultra settings...
But I trust you're not going to run AA as well?
Regards

For those of us who are video challenged, are all of those settings you mention in the Nvidia control panel or are some of them .ini settings. Thank you.
