I know that a lot of mods out there add a lot of new weapons and armor to Oblivion, but most of those only add very powerful items suitable for higher level characters. I might be missing something, but is there anything out there that adds a lot of new, lower level armor and weapons? I am thinking new textures, different types of leather or cloth armor etc etc. It makes a lot more sense that in any world there would be an abundance of cheaper goods (people are more often poor) to choose from than more expensive, powerful items. It would be great to have a larger selection of items to choose from when you are under level 10, not just the same leather / iron armor (especially so when running OOO where it takes much longer to level up). I think it would add a lot to the game if you had a much larger choice of armor, cheap or otherwise, who doesn't like collecting a bunch of cool looking items?

If there is already something out there I'd really like to know. Thanks!

Armamentarium Complete in my Sig which add's tons of New Weapons and Armor Both Normal and Enchanted to the game and it has a OOO module has well.

John Leveledlist Overhaul has Well which can be found on first page somewhere has a OOO Module has well.

And, if you don't mind a shameless plug, WEPON (linked in my signature) adds Mithril weapons (one step above Silver), Orcish (one step below glass), and new Amber and Madness weapons of all levels.
I just posted a version tonight that is MOBS / FCOM compatible too. So now, virtually no one has an excuse not to try it
