encumbrance

Hi there.
Does overencumbrance dissipate over a period of time or do you always have to discard items to lessen the load?
Any help greatly appreciated.

You always have to, since items always will weight their coded weight. It would make no sense for items to get lighter over time.

it would if the encumbrance is caused by drain strength or burden spells.

Or open alcoholic containers? Yeah i know.. kinda a stretch, and not scripted at all :P
