I haven't played Oblivion since early this Spring. Can you guys fill me in on some quality mods that have come out since then?

Mainly big quest mods, graphical, and mods like the UL ones.

Also, I realized I'm missing my "sky" folder in my textures, when I went to go put in a Godray filter. Now my sun is gone, I put a file "sunglare.dds".
What should I do?

Organise* it downloads or endorsemants descending. If you see too many advlt mods go into your account settings and bloack advlt content for the time being. After about 20-50 pages you should get pretty much all the popular mods released in the past months.
