I don't think I'd mind it, but if they do it. I hope they do it better than Halo or CoD
I got so tired of playing those games in split-screen mode and half of my actual screen being cut off, I mean you could literally probably just half size the screens and make one on top of the other, without having to take away anything else from one of the individual's screens.
So yes, I wouldn't mind seeing it. Could be a nice option, and the second player could play as one of your characters as well, not the exact same one you picked [Like halo's master chief clones]. So say you have like four characters made up, you picked your lvl 20 and they picked your lvl 5 cause they're new to the game and you want them to unlock ability points for the character. So in game who do the bots on the other side go after?? You, you're higher ranked and have "bigger" guns because by lvl 20 I don't know about you guys, but I made sure my weapons had all the attachments I wanted them to have. As per how split-screen should be playable? I think both online and in "solo" play or freeplay with you two against a bunch of bots. Because online you and your friend can compete together and with everyone else in the level. "Solo" play would be you two racking up the points kind of easily since it's not just one guy alone anymore, same would kinda go for the freeplay too.
Anyway, those are my two cents on it.
