I just finished You'll Know It When You See It, and the game tells me to report to Colonel Moore. Which unfortunately is impossible, because she's disappeared. Any way around this? Reloading doesn't work, and there's an arrow that points to the very edge of the local map, usually somewhere inaccessible.

Also, it's telling me to find a Lucky 38 Keycard, but I can find no mention of this anywhere on the wiki.

i found keycards in 2 places:
1. H&K Tool Co. north of Vegas, in owner's office upstairs. the messages on the terminals, especially the secret network ones are interesting. Seems Mr. House's brother was inssane.
.2. Camp Golf, there are 3 offices on the 1st level: 2 on the right and 1 on the left. Check out the 1 on the left.
as far as the COL. is concerned, i don't know. maybe follow the pointer on the compass, or check newvegasnexus for an unofficial patch?

I'm on 360, so that's not an option. I guess I'll just have to go Wild Card.
