I was thinking in to make more challenges, a player should be able to acquire class specific gear once reaching level 20. Say a medic got a helmet with the red cross on it, a soldier got a bandolier belt, a operative got a machete/large sword, and an engineer... whatever would make a engineer look cool. Of course these pieces of equipment should be completely cosmetic and only show what a bad-ass you are. It would give said player an etra challenge (And hopefully will be challenging to get.)
Better yet... make it like a way point the player has to reach.
Like make it so the soldier must kill 1000 enemies before acquiring his bandolier belt, the Medic must revive 250 companions, the Engineer must buff 500 teammates guns, and the operative must disguise 500 times.... Something difficult.
The problem I see with this is that this may discourage players to complete objectives.... Food for thought.
