aiming

one thing said is that one handed weapons cannot block. this is because of consoles lacking buttons. i wouldent mind if blocking was dice generated again (aswel as manual blocking with a shield) but i think it would be VERY interesting if you could block a weapon by attacking the weapon. for example- i have two shortswords and my opponent is swinging a long sword. i should be able to look at where the sword is going, left click to get my left sword to block and then aim at the chest and right click to counter attack! simples!

aside from this awesome addition- some LOCATIONAL DAMAGE would be pretty good too. if a skelleton raises his shield over his face i should be welcome to have a swing at its legs. i think undead would be very fun to fight if they could loose limbs and continue onwards. if your wearing full daedric armour but dont want to cover your head then i should be welcome to try to cut it off!!!.

i want to break stuff aswell- spiders have 8 legs and i have a sharp sword, that skeleton champion wouldn't be a hassle if i used my mace to get his limbs to fly off, my prey wouldn't be able to escape if i cripple their legs, thats right bandit- you tried to take my money so i take your arm, go cry in a corner!!!!

I don't think gore has been confirmed in the game, that effects the bone breaking/flesh ripping option. Maybe it'll be like in FO3, where you could cripple the opponent and the finish him off with a head-blasting shotgun shot.
About the 'aim related blocking' option. I voted 'don't know', only because I play on PC. Blocking according to what you wrote is going to be hell for console players with the controllers.
