I think I talked to all of the named NPCs there, but haven't found any quests. I did find a quest down in The Thorn, but nothing inside Westside.

If there something I need to do first? I don't recall seeing I failed a quest I didn't know about by killing anyone.

The quest for the area starts in the airfield to the south.

There is at least one quest you do there that starts in the Aerotech Office Park, I know of for certain. Talk to the Captain there to begin it.

McCarren? You're mean the White Wash quest? I hear it starts from Boyd, but she doesn't have any new dialogue options for me. I completed all the other quests there (went with the INT options for the prisoner)
