I just tried OBGE Enhanced Seasons and I like it so far. Though, is it correct to see the sunset at 9:30pm or this is a bug?

It's not something that can be a bug, considering a full third of the mod is about being able to set and have different sunset/sunrise times. If you don't like it, you can change it.
