Hi there.
I bought brink for the XBOX360 on the release date and the guy at the E-plaza (the store where I bought the game) gave me a nice brink shirt and a DOOM Pack DLC card.
However on the back of the card it says:

1. Open the steam client
2. Select games from the menu bar and choose activate a product on steam.
3. When prompted enter in the product code.

And step 1. confused me a little. Do I need to download steam in order to get the DOOM pack on the xbox 360?
Or did the guy at the store accidently gave me a code for the PC version?

You got the PC version.

You cant install Steam on XBOX, lol.

For XBOX, you go to "Guide"-"Marketplace"-"Redeemcode"

basically, press the middle button on your controller, the X button, from there go to Market place, its 1 or 2 tabs to the left. Then Redeem code, and punch it in.

Might actually work that redeem code for your xbox as well, but unsure.
Otherwise just go back and get an xbox version.

In the end, you get an SMG that already exists, but it has a Doom monster on it, and you get a Bandana it sais "DOOM" on..thats it.
It really does not matter.

Then again, the SMG you do get is one of the 2, 3 best ones, so...if you start fresh in the game with challenges, it will help a little.
Especially since SMGs are best weapons in this game, way better then medium rifles. Since you can hold down fire and with a front grip your reticle wont move a millimeter. Extreme accuracy from SMGs make them, imo, rather OP.

thanks for your reply. I understood Steam isn't to be downloaded on Xbox ill just try to redeem it anyway and else go back to the store I guess.

Joking (I'd just use the code myself). Best bet is if you can't activate on Xbox then talk to someone at the store.
(Ask him if he has spare codes and hand 'em out ^_^)
