well the only question for me was ps3 or xbox

for those who have the ps3 version...are there many human players or mainly bots??

for those who have the 360 version, same question.

i know this game requires human players, so feedback would be helpful.

Well the amount of human players you play with for ps3 can vary, I also have ps3 and played several online matches today, with and against other people, most of the time the other team was stacked with more humans than mine, and they also seemed a bit more cohesive, Granted I didn't use a mic or anything and it seemed no one else was, that wasn't the only thing though, it seemed a lot of the human players on my team were just as disgraceful at focusing on objectives as the AI is, if not worse, I don't think I've ever cursed at my tv so much before than today.

yes that would be frustrating if even human players cant wrap their head around objective based team shooters.

but good to know that their does exist a ps3 community. since there is no way brink will ever be a huge selling game, having a loyal and dedicated community of players may make this game better than having a ton of useless players.

Well I'll tell you this much, if you want at least one person to work with you on Brink, just add me, the PSN is FrostRocket. I've got a lvl20 Soldier/Engineer Medium body type, and I'm currently working on a Medium Op/Medic, after i finish him I'm going to dedicate the rest of the characters to single classes. So I'll be more than happy to work with you through campaign/freeplay whatever.

Lots of people who play games like this have a difficult time grasping the concept of completing objectives. It will get better once the TDM players move on and we are left with the ones who really enjoy working as a team toward completing objectives. Most every game I've ever played like this had very few people who worked toward objectives at all in the beginning...it gets better.

for me its usually pretty balanced between human and ai players , i mostly end up in 5v5 human with bots filling the blanks ,and honestly the ai is just as good if not better than some human players with there laser accuracy ,if your concern is that it will somehow be a lesser experience because of human/bot balance its not the case and once the lag fix patch is out soon should have full games.

I've actually haven't had any real lag problems since about the first day that the PSN came back up. That was the only day my game froze mid-vault and I ended up running into enemy fire. So I don't know, lag hasn't been much of an issue for me.

same here , occasionally i'll get a player joining the game with a low connection and it will slow down initially then catch up and play consistently but others have had a different expeiences, anyway, i mentioned the lag cause supposedly the latest patch balances the human/ bot player numbers to keep things running smoothly and lag free.
