As well as a few of the aforementioned ideas (maps, game modes), I would like something that should be relatively simple for them to implement.
That is randomised objectives per level.
I feel that some of the replayability is stymied by the predictability. You know that if you are on map A, and side B, that a specific set of events will happen in a set order and set location. This was part of the issue with Killzone (although they had objectives shuffled at least). Resistance 2 multiplayer however did a similar thing and it worked quite well.
If they changed it so that perhaps it was something like
Step 1a) Blow open door, or Step 1b) Hack door controls
Behind the door
Step 2a) Escort person, or Step 2b) Escort (small) bot, or Step 2c) Courier item
to 1 of 3 locations with different routes.
Step 3a) Guard person/item at location, or Step 3b) Hack console, or 3c) Repair console/door
etc.
From this set there are 18 variations alone using a single end location. This can be further varied by having a different start location and a different end location. Granted that they aren't drastically different but it's not too difficult and adds a small degree of longevity and this is only on one map - do it for a few maps and you have even more variety.
The only danger with this is diluting the story experience or the uniqueness of the map. However done carefully with decently thought out scenarios I think it would be a good and easy way to stretch out the maps.
