Can anyone tell me where the snow globe is that is supposed to be in the Lucky 38? I even have the strategy guide and the wording used to tell you where it is makes absolutely no sense. I looked everywhere.

Its behind a cash register in the Cocktail Lounge. Stand inside the circle shaped bar and walk around facing the inside. You will spot it.

It's in the cocktail lounge, next to a cash register. You'll have to have spoken with House first, if I remember correctly.

Which "cocktail lounge" There is a place that serves drinks on the right side of the main floor after you enter. Then there is the lounge just up the stairs to the left after you walk in. I looked all over those places near cash registers and didn;t see it. Or is in in a lounge up in the penthouse?

It's a floor on the lucky 38, just like the presidential suite, casino floor, and penthouse. You can access it the same way, once you've spoken to House and gotten the suite.
