Okay, this has been bothering me for a bit. I know that on my first playthrough, I was able to get both the NCR and Meyers to guard Primm. However, I have no idea how I did it. Is there a specific way you have to do the quest? Or did I just run into a glitch on my first playthrough?

On my playthrough I got Meyers to become the new sheriff however when I bump into NPC's across the wasteland they always make comments relating to the NCR taking over Primm, when they haven't. If thats what your talking about then it must just be a bug.

I just made the robot, I think his name is: Primm Slim?, the mayor. I rofled when I heard the interview on the radio! x'D

No, I was able to get more troops for the NCR stationed there and get Meyers to be sheriff.

Okay, sorry for the double post, but you can get the troops for the NCR stationed there and get Meyer's pardon.

All you have to do is speak to Knight, get the troops, then speak about Primm again, and get a pardon for Meyer.
