Ok, so im doing the quest "Keep your eyes on the prize," where I have to go to Nipton then back to the Mojave Outpost to speak to Ghost. But as Im entering the Outpost just after i've been from Nipton, everyone starts shooting at me! This didn't happen the first time I went there! Then I load up my save again and dress as an NCR trooper and their fine with that until I actually walk up to ghost (weapon not drawn and companion on passive) and she just starts shooting at me! Also if I go into the barracks Cass just starts shooting at me as well for some reason.

My companion is ED-E.

My reputations are:
Caesar's Legion - Vilified
Goodsprings - Idolized
NCR - Neutral
Powder Gangers - Vilified

My Perks are: Bug Stomper, Confirmed Bachelor, Educated, Enhanced Sensors, Lady Killer and Wild Wasteland.

Does anyone know if anything is causing this or what I should do?!

Do you have a legion armor on you?

If you're wearing Legion armor, take it off. The NCR will think you're one of them.

No ive got no legion armour in my inventory. This has happened when wearing NCR armour and leather armour.

Maybe it's ED-E.
I've heard that bot got a lot of bugs.
