Well, something bad has happened and I don't know how it happened but it did. Someone(s) somehow managed to release the game on the interwebz before the game came out how has this happened? I will not provide links to the site where you can download it so i don't get banned but how did this happen? SOMEONE EXPLAIN!

Someone came apon the copy who has inside connections, and then this person released it. Simple as that. It happens all the time, this is nothing new.

I guess when the game came in stores for stocking, some guys thought it would be great to rip it.
It has some advantages of course, but i already know my pc (well..laptop) cant handle it.
I just have to wait for the console release...and i really dont mind paying something for a HUGE amount of fun..

A number of stores sell the game before the release date by acciedent or some other reason. In the case of Fallout 3 this happened a month before the release date which was REALLY bad. Weird thing is it never seems to happen to PC copies only xbox 360 copies. Yet people complain about PC piracy.

You are not telling me that the console version was pirated. I thought that PC gamers were always responsible for that sort of thing.

Pirates ARRRRRRRRR

This.

It's too bad they won't be able to enjoy some of the perks buyers will be getting such as DLC (which is only available through Steam) and patches (only through Steam).

As for pirated console versions, I wish them luck getting past Xbox LIVE's and PSN's detection system. They'll probably have their account terminated as soon as they put the disc in their system.
