If you were a person living on the Ark, which side would you choose and why?

I'd choose the Resistance since if I saw that supplies were dwindling and the place was being overcrowded, I'd take my chances and try to escape the Ark since at least on the outside I won't have to struggle to try and get supplies to survive and at least I can live how I want to outside the Ark.

i'm one of those people who are like "meh i'm only one person" so i would go with security because it seems a simple, easier life in general

plus you find out that there's life out there but they're savage and it seems to me like the resistance are just wrong in general but sharing this info may have killed off some of the resistance support

Security for me.

If I'm forced to take sides, and one side is the group who know what's going on, I'm more likely to work for them than the ones rebelling when most of them don't even understand the motivation of their leaders.

The people who built the Ark and live on it seem to me like they'd understand how it works better than those who came along years later.

I figure they would sign me up for my movement skills, and so I might live a better life. Plus, they have more intel on what's going on. Mokoena sometimes even tells classified info for the sake of the mission.

It seems like both sides are defendable. I like that about Brink, the lines between good and evil are blurred, like in a real conflict.

The main issue is that there are not enough resources on the Ark for people to live comfortably. The Founders are guilty of rationing resources unevenly. I assume that the standard of living is awful for the refugees to spur them to military action. They make it clear in the game that their main priority is water. Water. If I were a member of the lower-class, I would fight to escape the Ark. If I were a member of the upper-class, I would not fight with Security, but advocate equal rationing for the guests. I would be willing to decrease my own ration to qwell the conserns among the refugees.

It makes me wonder how available rations are that Security would rather attack Chen's missile and risk it launching or attack the reactor and risk the Resistance overloading it rather than comply with their demands.

I'd stay impartial and- more importantly, safe.

Security, because resistance has that one annoying Asian guy.

In General I think Resistance is alot more easy

Before knowing EVERYTHING from both sides, I'd side with the Resistance. I know the full story now though. After hearing all angles, its hard for me not to side with Security.

Security, cos resistance are parasites who loaded themselves onto the ark, drain it dry of resources, strip it bare of metal to make ammo, going so far as to take weather proofing from their islands & components from the water purifiers!!! & then compain & riot when they get sick & dont have enough water. & yeah, the world beyond is "apparently" full of savages who'd strip the ark bare & kill everyone. I know the whole "founders have all the wealth" & "are keeping a secret" thing is mentioned but its not brought out enough for me to comiserate. Im with the Sec on this one all the way.

I wouldn't side with either, both factions don't seem to have woman... better to just die...
