I just got my soldier to level 5 and i was wondering what the pros and cons are and what people use the maximus or the gotlung?

The Maximus is superior IMHO, mainly because there is no wind up, and to a lesser extent because you can ADS. That being said I like the Chinzor over either of those.

Gotlung can sustain fire on targets for a lot longer, but it takes forever to wind up, is weaker per-bullet than the Maximus, has no ADS and TEEERRRIBLE accuracy. It and the Tokmak are the only guns in the game I actually hate.

I'd say Maximus for the fact that's halfway between the Gotlung and an Assault Rifle, it's fine to hip-fire spray but there's always the ADS option for borderline mid-range.

Gotlung is lethal close up, but quickly turns into garbage as you far farther.

Maximus is much more controllable, but not as strong or sustained.

i think im switching back to the rokstedi and the bulpdaun as id rather be a medium solder that can do all ranges when i level 20 this one and make an engineer I will use the maximus
