but in hardcoe,ur character must sleep,eat something,rest,get sick etc.

Btw,i wrote it wrong,not hardcoe mod,just hardcoe (a thing that producers added to make game harder)

There are mods that require you to eat, sleep and drink. I don't feel like searching for them right now, but browse TesNexus, you'll find them there.

What the heck. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/search.php's a link to some of the mods. Just search "thirst", "hunger", "sleep"...all kinds of available mods.
