OBSE Log Warnings

Post » Wed Sep 01, 2010 9:57 am

Is there a way to track down the cause of these messages in the OBSE log (v19b)...

loading from C:\Users\Surazal\Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves\Save 8367 - Surazal - The Gold Coast, Level 28, Playing Time 546.12.26.obse
Reading mod list from co-save
Loading strings
Loading array variables
plugin has data in save file but no handler
plugin has data in save file but no handler

DoLoadGameHook: C:\Users\Surazal\Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves\Save 8367 - Surazal - The Gold Coast, Level 28, Playing Time 546.12.26.ess
loading from C:\Users\Surazal\Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves\Save 8367 - Surazal - The Gold Coast, Level 28, Playing Time 546.12.26.obse
plugin did not read all of its data (at 000000000001B44E expected 000000000001B44F)

I'm not having a specific problem, but was curious as to how I could find out what mod is causing the messages to be displayed.

OBSE DLLs installed are...

Elys_USV.dll
EnhancedMusicControl.dll
FastExit2.dll
OBGEv2.dll
OBSE_Elys_Pluggy.dll
OBSE_Kyoma_MenuQue.dll
sr_Oblivion_Stutter_Remover.dll
weOCPS.dll

Thanks for any thoughts

I believe you can use http://notepad-plus-plus.org/ to view a gamesave or you can try to view those in http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11536.

You can load the Autosave.ess just to see if there any messages, but also view a backup copy of an earlier gamesave.

In regards to the log message plugin did not read all of its data (at 000000000001B44E expected 000000000001B44F) I got this reply from Paul a while back, "The log message is informational only- it's not a problem."

Thanks for the tip about Notepad++ - problem is that I don't know what I am looking for - although I will take a look just to see what it shows. I reckon all my game saves have this problem as a result of pruning from time to time.

I too get the exact same messages!

That makes me feel better :)

I guess I should just carry on playing and not worry about these messages. This one was the one that worried me the most, but perhaps the concern is not warrented.

Many thanks for sharing.

How did you establish that?

Also, is that for all the messages I highlighted or the last one?
