Stahlrim & Imperial Commerce

1.) Will there be stahlrim in Skyrim?

2.) In MW we had the East Empire Company, which was actually joinable in Bloodmoon. In Oblivion there was the office of imperial trade and commerce, hinting at the existence of some kind of overarching imperial trade body and possibly the existence of companies similar to the EEC in other provinces of Tamriel. As Skyrim's seems to be more of a frontier's province than Cyrodil, will we see the return of the trade company in the game? Personally I would appreciate it as having a few factions (joinable or not) that are not combat orientated in principle, makes the game world more complete.

1: I hope so, it would add more variety too the armors and weapons.
2: A faction similar too the EEC(maybe called the North Empire Company :P) would be great as I felt the factions in OB were too combat oriented.

I don't know, Stahlrim in Bloodmoon was there for a specific purpose related to the fact that Solstheim was not Skyrim, although I can see them coming up with reasons for it to have migrated into Skyrim proper in the 200 years since.

It'd be intersting to see how the factions could fit into a civil war setting. I don't really see economics being part of the equation - unless its something related to exploitation of a lawless area. Then again, I've never cared for the economics of games

Oh I have one! Skyrim Ornithological Society! REally, it's a pseudonymn for the dragon hunters' club.

or

The HIgh Order of Lowly Yet Survivable Highly Impoverished Townsfolk : They've had their lands burned, homes sacked children eaten, etc., yet they've banded together as a great malitia in order to defeat the plague of dragons using pitchforks, tongs, and calipers!

or

A civil defense organization - able to shoot down dragons, cliff racers, and fast travelers; able to defend a town in a moment's notice; complete with beuracracy, ranks, and logistical tails, bribes, and power.

or ?
